Supplies Needed to Complete this Task
You will need the following: Foam cut to size, fiberfill, tape measure, spray adhesive and scissors.

Cutting the Fiberfill Needed for your Foam
Use the foam cut to size as a guide to cut your fiberfill. (See picture at right.) You will need enough fiberfill to cover the bottom, one side and the top. The one side will end up being the front of your cushion.
Gluing fiberfill to the Foam - Part 1
Using your can of spray adhesive, spray the outer edge of both the foam cut to size and the fiberfill. (See Pictures at right and below.) MAKE SURE that the edge you are gluing is the front of your cushion. In the pictures is shown a yellow bar where you should be spraying the glue. Continue spraying along the outer edge of the top of the foam, the front edge of the foam, and on the fiberfill. You will be
creating a rectangle of glue spanning both the foam and fiberfill. After the glue has set for about 10 seconds, go ahead and roll the fiberfill onto the foam, starting with the edge of the foam and continuing up and over until the top of the foam has been covered by the fiberfill. After the fiberfill has been applied in its correct spot over the foam, you can pad the fiberfill to the foam to make for a good bond between the two surfaces.
Gluing fiberfill to the Foam - Part 2
Wait for about 5 minutes for the glue on the one side to cure. After 5 minutes has passed, go ahead and flip over the cushion. The result at this point should look similar to the picture at the right. After the cushion has been flipped, go ahead and repeat the process of gluing a rectangle around the outer edge of the foam and fiberfill as represented by a yellow bar on the picture. Same as before, after the glue has set for about 10 seconds, go ahead and roll the fiberfill onto the foam, starting with the edge of the foam and continuing over until the top of the foam has been covered by the fiberfill. After the fiberfill has been applied in its correct spot over the foam, you can pad the fiberfill to the foam to make for a good bond between the two surfaces. Wait for about 5 minutes then you can continue with the step of stuffing the foam into your covers.
Final Results
After you have completed applying the fiberfill to the cushion, your finished product should look similar to the picture at the right. The front edge will be covered in fiberfill, along with the top and bottom of the cushion. The left, right and back sides are not covered with fiberfill.
